Hot nurses and nothing else from the hospital? Isn’t that enough for every patient? In the North Star General Hospital, that is what awaits every visitor! The Pulse series is oriented, as said, around hot nurses, but they are hardly for the patients, as each one of them has their eyes fixated on superstar head surgeon Rick Novak (Danny D). Does he indulge? Yeah, that is why you are reading this.

The Pulse Overview

When your nurses look like Alyssa Reece and Alyssia Kent and are all over you, it is called a paradise. However, even a paradise has its problems, and one arrives in the form of a newly hired young surgeon. Here enters Dr. Dupont (Jay Snakes), an equally arrogant and potent competitor for Rick. Two blokes, both narcissists obsessed with their image, hilariously and spontaneously attack one another with their wit. In order to dethrone the current king, Dupont poises his first target, a beautiful golden-haired Alessandra Jane. He does not take long to get his hands on her marmalade skin. Now, Dupont is a proper gentleman and firstly stimulates her sensitive parts—all of them—before promptly bending her over.

After a series of arguments between Dupont and Rick, their conflict escalates into a knife brawl with surgical knives. In light of the comical nature of the series, the brawl perfectly represents classical British toe to toe (pavement ballet). However, the rival doctor, from all the tension, gets a heart attack and is saved by Rick, but not before the director of the hospital, Caroline (Alyssa Reece), arrives. As he saves his adversary in front of her eyes, Caroline immediately falls in love with him and decides to act on his countless previous calls for a date by sucking him off – in the hospital’s cafeteria.

One more scene is hidden away from the drama, and it is probably the best of the series. In it, the two sexy-as-fuck cougars Alyssia Kent and Brooklyn Blue show Rick what he can have after the job. The pair make out an absolute paragon in the porn business, doing a real solid one for the boys, girls, and the whole Digital Playground.

The Pulse series is quite a masterpiece when it comes to DP production. Each actor performs marvelously, the doctors and nurse costumes are top-notch, and the jokes, wit, and fighting make it all more than enjoyable to watch. And that is without even mentioning the firey scenes of love.
