Early life

Born as Sasha Blue in Phoenix, Arizona on June 9^th 1983, but raised in Dallas, Texas, this southern belle spent her childhood and adolescence playing sports like volleyball, soccer, track, and cheerleading which certainly provided her with a killer body. Alektra says that she was extremely active in sports until she was 14 years old, when she actually became sexually active. She moved back to native Phoenix where she stayed for another eight years, before she finally moved to Texas where she attended school. During that period she was working many different jobs; she worked in bars, she danced and she was doing fashion shows.

Porn career

Her life took different direction when her friend, Taryn Thomas, gave her the idea of working in the porn industry, telling her the benefits of doing porn. Taryn told Alektra that she is the ideal woman for the adult film industry  and soon she bought her a plane ticket to Los Angeles. She was 21 years old when she started filmed her first scenes (January 2005).

Along with Brandy Talore, she won the 2006 F.A.M.E. “Favorite Rookie Starlet of the Year” award sponsored by, among others, AVN Magazine magazine.

In April 2008 Alektra Blue was the Penthouse Pet of the Month; the same year she signed an exclusive performance contract with Wicked Pictures. In February 2013, she announced that she no longer works with Wicked Pictures. Later that year she signed a three-month exclusive performing deal with Brazzers.

Besides porn, Alektra Blue has also appeared in mainstream productions, such as the adult television show Clothed Female Nude Male and in few episodes of the documentary series Rated A for Adult^. Fans remember her appearances in several men’s magazines such as including Cheri, Hustler, Club, and Genesis.

In 2006 she won the 2006 F.A.M.E. “Favorite Rookie Starlet of the Year” award sponsored by AVN Magazine magazine. Alektra appears in the Lady Gaga’s music video for single “Telephone” (released in 2010). She also appears, alongside fellow Wicked Pictures contract star Kaylani Lei, in the Free Speech Coalition’s April 2010 “All-Star Anti-Piracy PSA”.

Overall, Alektra has appeared in over 406 adult movies (as of May 2016).  She has won three AVN Awards – Best All-Girl Sex Scene, Video Babysitters (2008), Best Group Sex Scene 2040 (2010),  The Fan Awards – Best Body (2011). Fans adore her body, but they are also mesmerized by her icy blue eyes and her beautiful natural face. Her slender figure looks even sexier after she did a plastic surgery for breast enlargement.

Personal life

Little is known about her private life, except for the fact that she was married to the pornographic actor and director Pat Myne (they are divorced now). She has breast implants and a navel piercing. She describes herself as a very sexual person – “I’ve always been addicted to sex. I’ve always been a real sexual person. When it comes to sex I am not really shy. I’m very comfortable in my own skin. And I’m always ready for sex, especially when the guy is dominant.”
