Dana Michelle De Armond aka Dana DeArmond is a porn star and director. She’s entered adult industry in 2005 and since then she’s filmed over 700 movies, and directed two, in form of documentary, because she wants to help young people like herself who she meets on the web learn the ropes before they get into the adult entertainment. Besides shooting hardcore movies and directing, she has been a model for many respectable magazines and photo books. In 2010 Dana and a fellow porn actress Misty Stone co-hosted Urban X Awards show. Early life and career

Dana DeArmond was born on June 16, 1979 in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and grew up in Orlando, Florida. During her teen years she was a figure skater (she was in the same skating club as a fellow porn star Sunny Lane), and when she became of age, she worked as a street dancer at Disney World, and then as a stripper in Florida and California. She went to junior college, but never finished it, since, as she stated, she “was never into organized education”. Before she actually started filming adult movies, she was popular on social network “MySpace” with over 300,000 friends. She was trying to change the way people think of fetish, web models and porn stars, and communicate with fans, treating them as friends, and not just as customers or potential pay porn site members.

After DeArmond’s house and belongings were destroyed in a fire in January 2007, her colleges organized several fundraising activities to help replace what she lost. She suffers from social anxiety and she used to deal with it by spending a lot of time on MySpace and an “Indie Rock” chat room on AOL.

Dana DeArmond started her porn career in 2005, and since then she’s filmed many movies, which provided her the title of porn star. She is a Spiegler Girl and represented by the Spiegler Agency.
